With multiple outdoor spaces, generous sleeping arrangements, and an unbeatable location steps from the beach and boardwalk, it's your ticket to the ultimate coastal getaway.
A standout feature is the private rooftop patio, where you can soak in panoramic ocean views, enjoy al fresco meals, or simply lounge in the sunshine. The ground floor offers an 800 sq. ft. apartment — ideal for guests who prefer privacy — while the second and third floors add another 3,400 sq. ft. of living space.
On the second floor, you'll find the main living area with a modern smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and a breakfast bar, and three comfortable bedrooms. The third floor offers three more bedrooms, including the king primary suite. With both shared and private spaces, everyone in your group can relax at their own pace.
Located just off the Mission Beach boardwalk and a short walk to Belmont Park, this home places you near roller coasters, arcades, mini golf, and endless sandy shorelines.

We had a great time and loved staying here! We were having an early celebration of our upcoming 50th anniversary including 6 adults and 4 kids. The room accommodations worked great. The 13 year old had the little private twin bedded room (which she loved). The family with the 4 and 9 year olds had what we called a "family Suite" - bedroom with full bed, bedroom with bunk beds and trundle and full bath. The 3rd floor bedroom was perfect for the other family with a full bathroom, Queen bed and twin which was great for the 8 year old (who took advantage of the trundle with his cousins 1 night). The master on the 3rd floor was spacious and the bathroom was super with the giant dual headed shower. We had plenty of space in the living area and the kitchen was very well stocked. We loved the rooftop deck with the grill and fire pit and the kids loved seeing the Drone show from SeaWorld. Literally 1 minute walk to the best beach, and 6 minute walk to Belmont Park. The host was great, very responsive and helpful. Thank you for helping make some wonderful family memories.

Our family had a fabulous stay at this beach house. The location was perfect for my six grandchildren-they only had to walk a few steps to the ocean. The boogie boards were an huge hit and were used every day! The rooms were all clean and comfortably furnished. We truly lacked for nothing! The hosts responded promptly and graciously to our every inquiry. Our family was gathered in San Diego for a somber occasion but this house, the sound and smell of the ocean, the beautiful view from the rooftop lounge…it soothed our souls. A welcomed bonus was the two coffee shops just steps away. This was a fabulous stay and my family is grateful and appreciative to our hosts.
