Villa Pérola is a spacious and impressive holiday home, ideal for families and groups seeking comfort and convenience in Montechoro. The living and dining area is generous and welcoming, offering the perfect space for relaxing moments together.
On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, all en suite with shower. This includes one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with five single beds and one bedroom with two single beds. This floor also has a guest bathroom.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, one of which is en suite with shower. There is also an additional bathroom with shower that serves the remaining bedrooms on this level.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, providing everything needed for preparing meals with ease during your stay.
Outside, the well maintained garden surrounds the heatable pool (additional cost) and the outdoor dining area with BBQ, creating a perfect setting to relax and enjoy the Algarve weather.
Villa Pérola is located in Montechoro, close to the beach, restaurants, bars and various amenities, making it an excellent choice for a practical and enjoyable holiday.
The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.
Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 15 guests
From the 16th to the 19th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

Villa is in a good distance from all the areas you need with a Aldi just down the road I would say the Villa is getting tiered and the security gate wasn’t working The electric does trip so you have to turn everything off if you are cooking and got the ac on at the same time

Villa Pérola was the perfect choice for our group. The villa was spacious, clean and very well equipped, with comfortable bedrooms and a fantastic heated pool. The location was great, close to the beach, restaurants and everything we needed for a wonderful holiday.

Very good villa in a great location. Close to everything but still peaceful enough to relax. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the pool area is ideal for spending the day. We would definitely recommend it.

We really enjoyed the outdoor area of the villa. The pool was great and the barbecue area made our evenings very enjoyable. The villa itself is spacious and well maintained, perfect for a group holiday.
