The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a wine fridge, induction hob, and remote-controlled extractor fan. The open-plan living area also includes a cosy lounge with a sofa, armchair, and blanket basket, creating the perfect spot to unwind in front of the 42" flatscreen Smart TV. From here, step out onto your private balcony, a suntrap ideal for enjoying the midday sunshine. Underfloor heating and fast WiFi are provided throughout, and the apartment also offers a gated car park.
