Welcome to Escapes to the Shores 1505, a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner unit condo that comfortably sleeps 12 guests—the perfect destination for your ultimate beach getaway!
The living room offers direct balcony access with breathtaking views of the Gulf, making it the ideal spot to relax and unwind. The kitchen features granite countertops and a convenient dining table for enjoying meals together.
The primary bedroom includes a king bed, a large closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub for added luxury. The second bedroom also has a king bed, while the third bedroom is great for groups, offering queen-over-queen bunk beds and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The fourth bedroom provides flexibility with a twin-over-twin trundle bed that can convert to a king-size bed and has an extra fridge for added convenience. A sofa sleeper in the living room offers additional accommodations.

The complex is family-friendly, featuring a kiddie pool that promises fun for the little ones. Indulge in the splendor of the outdoor Gulf-front infinity pool, offering breathtaking views and a luxurious swimming experience. Inside, find coziness by the fireplace, fun in the water jet splash pool, and relaxation in both the heated indoor pool and hot tub. This property also has an ice machine on the first floor and a snack machine on the 3rd floor.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

The condo and building were very nice and clean. The sleeping arrangements were not great. The room that claims to sleep 6, truthfully only sleeps 4. The full bunk beds were very unsturdy - no one over 45 pounds would be able to sleep on the top safely because of how much the bed moved. My 4 year old slept up there one night and we thought the whole bed was going to fall down every time he rolled over. Also, there was not near enough towels in the condo for 12 people. Other than that the condo was nice!

The stay was overall great. However the refrigerator broke the first day we arrived. We had to move everything to the smaller refrigerator that was in a room where someone was sleeping. It took 2 days and 2 technicians to decided it couldn’t be fixed. It was never replaced. Additionally, the main bathroom shower was full of mold. Other than that we had an amazing stay and the amenities were top tier.
