Just a short 3 minute walk (2 blocks) to beach front access, you will see people walking their dogs, riding bikes, running, and going for sunset walks. Welcome to Sunburst Vacation Rentals! This condo consists of 2 individual condos combined by an interior opened door. Each individual unit is 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom; combined it is 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms on the 1st floor.
FREE parking is available for up to 4 cars (a 3rd and 4th car can park directly behind the first 2 cars if needed). Guests have access to the BBQ in the backyard and the dock for fishing. Boats can be tied up with bumpers to the dock. Hop on the paddle boards for a trip on the intracoastal.

The waterfront home is the combination of 2 units on the first floor of a 4 unit building on the intracoastal, 2 blocks from the beach. It has a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 fully stocked kitchens, TVs with YouTube TV/Roku, strong WiFi, and plenty of beautiful sunshine! Have your morning coffee as you watch the sunrise in the backyard and watch the dolphins and manatees swim by, or take our paddle boards out for a ride on the open water! Welcome to bring your boat!

Need more space? The upstairs condo is a 3/2 and can sleep up to 7 (sleeping 19 total). It’s ideal for:
