This historic farmhouse, adjacent to a small chapel and a watchtower, was recently renovated using local materials and craftsmen. It is situated on a large property featuring a threshing floor, fruit trees, and olive trees.
The view of the mountains is magnificent. It also offers a view of the sea in the distance.
The house is a 15-minute drive or bus ride from the sea. It is a 10-minute walk from the island’s capital (Apolonnia) and serves as the starting point for several hiking trails.
It has 3 bedrooms: one double and one children’s room with 2 single beds in the main house (with shower, toilet, kitchen, and living room), and a double bedroom in the converted barn (with shower and toilet).
The house is fully equipped (oven, stove, washing machine, dishwasher, sheets, towels, etc.)
