This 38-square-meter one-room apartment is located in Scharbeutz, at Am Hang 2. It’s just 20 meters from the fine-sand beach of Lübeck Bay and features a balcony offering a wonderful view of the sea. You’ll enjoy sunshine here from morning to night.
The pergola in front of the apartment’s entrance also offers a stunning view of the Baltic Sea and the pier. Enjoy a nice glass of wine here in the evening and watch the hustle and bustle on the Dünenmeile.
The Dünenmeile—which has been redesigned in recent years and features shops, cafes, and restaurants—is just a few steps away.
The apartment is located on the third floor (no elevator) and features a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and windows. Underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth in the bathroom. You can warm your towels on the heated towel rack.
The living/bedroom area is equipped with a high-quality kitchen. Here you’ll find a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, 2-burner ceramic cooktop, and a microwave. A coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, and electric kettle round out the amenities.
