This beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse includes a spacious open kitchen and living area perfect for entertaining. A walkout patio and 2 car garage. Conveniently located off Manchester and walking distance to downtown Lexington allows for access to great shopping and restaurants! Also a 10 minute car ride to Keeneland to enjoy the races.

We had a wonderful stay for our first Bourbon Trail adventure! We traveled with three couples, and this townhome was absolutely perfect for our group. It was exceptionally clean, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. One of the best features was that each bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom, which made it ideal for couples and gave everyone privacy and comfort.The location was fantastic—close to many great bars, restaurants, and attractions, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Robert was an excellent host and was very welcoming and communicative throughout our stay. The townhome had everything we needed and made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Bourbon Trail area!

Townhome was a good size for three couples. Not enough seating for eating or watching tv for six people. The unit was very clean and the bedding was wonderful. Missing some practical items overall. Noise from the street both traffic and sirens made it hard to have continuous sleep.

We absolutely love the area, walkable to the distillery district. The townhouse has tons of space, great outdoor porch, and Modern decor. Perfect!
