This is a recently remodeled town house with updated appliances and tile floors. It has 2 bedrooms and two and half bathrooms. The living room is on the first floor and there is a sofa bed that can sleep two people. The bedrooms are on the second floor. It is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all that Austin has to offer. It is a walking distance from the Balcones golf club. It is located a short 18 minute drive (depending on traffic) to downtown and the University of Texas (U.T) campus. Additionally, you will enjoy being close to the Domain and Arboreteum shopping area. The lake is a short 25 minute drive as well. For your convenience, there are numerous grocery (HEB, Randalls), and pharmacy options nearby.
There are many close by large corporations such as Dell, Samsung, Flextronics, Dunn and Bradstreet, and more. It is located close to bars and restaurants such as Pappadeux seafood restaurant, Eddie V's, Trulucks and more.
Getting Around:
The town house is very close to major highways (183, 45 toll road, I-35) train, buses, and park and ride. All approximately 10 minutes drive from the town house. Its is close to Round Rock, Cedar Park, leander, Avery Ranch, Lake Travis, Steiner Ranch, and Lakeway as well.

Overall it was not bad. Smaller than hoped. Floor was dirty, very few towels and no ice except for two small trays. The nearest shopping is an HEB that is closing soon. Also overall, it was quiet except for neighbors on occasion.

We have stayed here many times and will continue to do so. Location is convenient, and the 2 bed 2.5 bath setup is perfect for our needs. Vince is always very quick to respond and communicate.
