OAK ISLAND MEMORIES is exactly that great memories you will have with friends and kfamily! This 4 bedroom 2 bath directly on the oceanfront where you will enjoy endless views of the ocean or hop off the deck and put your toes in the sand. The house boasts an open and inviting living area with smart Tv in every bedroom and family room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the supplies you need.
There are 2 bedrooms downstairs include upgraded luxury pillowtop mattresses. The master bedroom has a king bed and right outside the door is a full bath. Bedroom 2 on the this floor has a twin over full bunk bed which can accommodate 3 people. On the top floor there are 2 bedrooms both queen with a full bath in the middle. The house has a new HVAC unit. There is high speed Internet (WiFi) throughout the house as well. Enjoy time on the back deck and listen to the waves crash. For those hot days, enjoy the cool shaded sitting sitting area. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off the sand from a fun day at the beach.
There are plenty of activities in the area if enjoying the beach isn't the only thing you want to do. The town of Oak Island has tennis, pickle-ball, and basketball courts. You can also play on the soccer or baseball field or take the little ones to the splash pad. If you like to fish, it's a great place to surf fish right out your back door, head 2 miles to the pier, or try your luck on the inter-coastal waterway. There are 30 golf courses within a 45 minute drive of the island. 15 minutes away is Southport which has been voted the "Happiest Coastal Town" in the US and has great shopping and restaurants.

We loved our stay. The house was cozy and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of needing. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. This house is right on the beach. We loved just walking out the door and down the path to the beach. My teens could come and go as they needed with zero hassle. The two decks made the evenings so relaxing. It felt like home and we will definitely return!

We had such a great time at this property! The house was perfect, clean, and we had everything we needed to feel at home for a few days. The kitchen is stocked with any appliances and dishes needed - the coffee maker/Keurig pod combo was great as well! It's located close to amenities, yet on a quiet beach. The covered deck was fantastic to hang out, and have meals on - and the little patio off of the room upstairs was a pleasant surprise. Jennifer was easy to deal with and very responsive. We would recommend this property to anyone who is thinking of staying in the Oak Island area!

Great home! Beautiful views! Lots of outside space to sit and eat or relax in the shade taking in the view. Very clean home. The rooms were tight but I felt there was more wiggle room than it seemed there would be from the pictures. Would love to stay there again

This property was not maintained efficiently. While there is good communication with owner, I don’t think they have actually been to the property for a long time. Many things were about to break (we put things away so they wouldn’t break further) the flooring in bathroom is ripped/torn. The ice maker didn’t work. The front door doesn’t close properly. The windows do not open. (I was looking forward to feeling the ocean breeze and listening to the waves) The owners only give you one towel apiece to use. There were many broken beach chairs & toys in outdoor laundry room. While there is a washer & dryer they are very rusty (they do work) the doors open towards each other so it is a hassle to use them. The master bed (has king bed) is small. No bureau, small closet with pressure rod and barely has walking space. I wouldn’t consider it a master bedroom at all. I took loads of pictures so that we are not blamed for any of the repairs needed. I also, told owner about some of the repairs that were needed. I won’t rent here again. For the money it wasn’t worth it
