Nicole was a wonderful host. She was quick to respond to questions made the check-in process easy. The house is a charter bedroom home with a spacious yard within walking distance to a small beach area and two parks. My family and I would definitely stay there again.

Perfectly clean! Beautiful neighborhood, and so fun to take long walks around. Very accessible to wherever you need to go. Absolutely well appointed. We loved our stay!

Our stay worked out perfectly for us. We brought my 85 year-old father back home to Minnesota for his birthday to see family and friends. It was not easy to find a little house that had a bathroom and bedroom on the main floor. This checked all our boxes with a nice master suite upstairs. The home is old so there are things like small, narrow steps that go along with that. That was no problem for us.Being able to step out and walk across rolling hills, the bridge and over to the lakes was a great way to start the mornings! I was able to walk to grab coffee or stop at the store - and the delicious bakery!Thank you, Nicole, for a wonderful stay!

Nice area of Minnetonka. House had an “old grandma smell” which was bothersome.
