Welcome all to Chez Flamingo!! Location is huge here as the house sits just about a five minute walk to the Maple St. public beach access point!!(one of only 4 public beach access points on the entire island).
This beautiful, spacious home is the perfect place for your family vacation! With three bedrooms, two and half baths, a huge kitchen and a fold out couch, there’s room for everyone! It’s just a five minute walk from the beach, and we provide everything you’ll need for fun in the sun - chairs, towels, umbrellas and a beach cart to transport everything. Or you can relax by the pool, where you’ll find chaise lounges, floats and even a volleyball net for a fun game of water volleyball! Grill some steaks on a brand new barbeque grill, then sit out on the lanai at night, and watch the beautiful sunset.
Bedroom 1 - Master suite with king sized bed, walk in closet, and an en suite bathroom with walk in shower.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 - Each of the bedrooms has one full bed, and one futon for extra sleeping space. They share a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, and around the corner there’s a powder room, for when you need that extra bathroom.
Living Room - Beautiful, yet family friendly, the living room has a cozy ring of chairs and couches that’s perfect for family movie night.
Kitchen - Cooking dinner is fun when you have this large island, for people to stand around, and absolutely everything you need is provided. You can eat out on the lanai, or if you have a big group, dine at the large kitchen table that seats eight.
Whether it be fun in the sand or relaxing by the heated pool everything is included that you would need. For your very short walk to the beach: beach cart to transport beach items like towels, chairs and umbrella, a portable cooler. For relaxing poolside some floats provided as well as nice chaise lounge chairs on can relax and sun themselves.

From the moment we booked, everything was very smooth and understandable for both parties. Upon picking up the keys, they left us instructions. The house was perfect, the pool was clean, with plenty of beach toys and lifeguards for the pool area, a BBQ, a wooden bar with chairs, tables, and sun loungers. The garage has all kinds of recreational accessories, including bicycles, balls, and board games. In short, the house is equipped with everything for a happy, relaxing, and wonderful stay, just like ours. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the people are very friendly. The kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and living room have everything you need, including medicines. Our stay was more than satisfactory, even the nights were very quiet, allowing us to rest comfortably. Thank you for everything. We definitely recommend it.

The stay was great. It was wonderful to be able to bring my doggs which at times can be difficult. The house was very very clean. Had more than what we expected in the kitchen and fully stocked woth beach chairs, pool toys, bikes etc... all you need for a great trip. THE POOL needs a deep cleaning , even with the pool guy coming out and adding more cholorne the pool was still dirty and green yellow pool water. I really wanted to enjoy the pool but did not want to swim in the water until the pool look clear. We will be back because everything else was great. I hope the pool is in better care next time.

Overall, our stay was good. The property is conveniently located close to the beach and is well equipped with appliances and amenities, which made our stay comfortable.However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. Upon arrival, the house had an unpleasant odor, the floors under the beds and furniture were dirty, and the carpets were covered in dust. The outdoor patio roof was also covered with spider webs and spiders—we counted more than ten. Although someone eventually came to remove them, it was not until halfway through our stay.The biggest inconvenience was being required to spend the last morning of our vacation washing all of the linens and towels. We have stayed at many vacation rentals before and have never been expected to spend the final day doing laundry instead of enjoying our remaining time with family at the beach or pool.Additionally, when we removed the bed linens to wash them, we found that the pillows, mattress protectors, and the beds themselves were heavily stained and visibly dirty. They appeared not to have been thoroughly cleaned for quite some time, which was very disappointing.Overall, while the location and amenities were great, but the cleanliness of the property and the checkout requirements significantly impacted our experience.
