Sunny apartment with a breathtaking view of the entire gulf from Sanremo to Bordighiera. Recently renovated. Located on the second floor (accessible by elevator) in an elegant apartment building.
The apartment features a spacious entryway with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a separate kitchenette, and a living room with a sofa bed and a large window overlooking the spacious terrace, from which you can admire the beautiful colors of the sunrise while sipping coffee or those of the sunset during relaxing candlelit dinners.
The house is equipped with every comfort, even for long stays. There is a washing machine and dishwasher, 2 TVs, and almost all the furniture—including the sofa beds—is new.
Located just a 3-minute walk from the sea.
