Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at this same rental for several years in a row and we love staying here! My one and only tiny complaint is that the bath towels are way too small for adults but otherwise, it's a perfect place to stay! I love the proximity to the beach and multiple pools, and to nearby shopping and dining.

The condo and property was amazing. It felt like home and had everything we needed to cook dinner and live like we were at home. There was even a fan in the closet which is a huge plus. The internet was awesome - my husband and I both did some work with no issues at all. I loved having the reserved parking spot! This was a HUGE perk. The condo also has board games and books for you and your family to use. I read a book for the first time in years and we had a few fun game nights.Bring your own beach towels. Some condos have them, some don't. I ended up packing ours and was able to wash them daily in the condo. The washing machine is a Speed Queen. Speed Queens wash laundry so much quicker and to me, that is another huge perk!The beach was awesome. Not overcrowded. I love the fact that you have to have a fob to enter/exit the beach. I have never seen that before at a condo in Orange Beach but this keep it so much safer for small children AND keeps "beach roamers" out. The property had multiple pools and hot tubs. This was another great thing as they were never super full and we visited the week of 4th of July.The only con of the property itself was that one of the elevators was not working. On the flip side, there was one elevator that WAS working so we were happy with that. We were also close to the stairs and only on the 6th floor. We will certainly rent this unit again!! Nice and roomy

Property is old and needs some updates. It was not clean in the lobby, hallway and our unit. Our Sofa and chairs were so dirty that we didn't even enjoy sitting inside. Why would anyone have white cloth sofa and chairs with so many people renting the unit? Kitchen was not cleaned properly either. There was no hand soap, dish soap, or dish scrub in the kitchen. Laundry had strange smell. Wine cooler was making loud noise all night. There is no ice machine in the entire building and refrigerator wasn't making ice. Property is located right across from Walmart and restaurants which was the best part. Hope this helps next tenant.
