Come visit our Château De ‘Shop,’ a peaceful nature getaway in East Texas. Tucked away on 11+ acres of forest, this spacious guesthouse is conveniently located in-between Tyler and Lindale. We are just 4 miles south of I-20, and an hour and fifteen minutes in either direction from Dallas and Shreveport. The building was originally a metal barn/workshop, but has been beautifully renovated as a guesthouse. It is located next to our main home on the property! Surrounded by evergreen forest, two creeks, and plenty of wildlife - Château De ‘Shop’ is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
We are a fragrance-free rental! That means that we do not use candles, air fresheners (plug-ins, sprays, etc.), high-powered fragranced cleaning products, or dryer sheets. Our laundry soap and disinfectant spray both have clean ingredients that contain essential oils. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!

We arrived with no problem. The space was perfect for our needs. It was convenient to get to all the places we needed to get to. We enjoyed the animals and Bear the sweet dog that resides there. We met the owner He was very nice. We didn't get to stay but one night but would stay here again for longer if we travel to this area again. I would recommend this place if you like to stay away from the busy city but still close to the city area. Everything went smoothly. No complaints.
