The "Strandzeit 14" apartment is located on the 2nd floor of Villa Nordland. You can easily reach the apartment by elevator. Stylishly and comfortably furnished, this one-room apartment is a welcoming place to stay for up to 2 people. From the living/sleeping area, you can step out onto the south-facing balcony. The 180x200 cm double bed ensures a restful night’s sleep. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and is separated from the living/sleeping area.
Please note that the balcony/patio furniture may be stored away from November through approximately April and will not be available during that time.

Villa Nordland is located on the central “Bismarckstraße.” Here, the beach is just a few steps away, and a stroll through downtown Norderney can begin just a few steps from the front door.

Das Apartment war sehr schön und sauber.
Ich habe mich von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt.
Alles da was man braucht.
Das Apartment ist Zentral gelegen. Es gibt einen Combi um die Ecke. Das Zentrum ist in wenigen Minuten Fußläufig zu erreichen.
Die Anreise verlief problemlos und ich wurde von Herrn Flessner sehr freundlich empfangen.
Ich werde bestimmt wieder kommen.
