Villa Rosina, owned by the Famiglia Pertusini for centuries, is a perfect lakeside retreat that puts you front and center on the lake looking west over the wonders of the region. Great location and nice apartment. Poor shower in en suite bathroom. Power cut on last morning so nobody was able to pack and get ready properly, the electricity was off all morning on our last day. Couldnt get hold of anyone to sort it out.

Great waterfront 3 bedroom home on the waterfront with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating and great views through multiple lake-facing windows. We liked that we were close to the town of Nesso and away from busier tourist locations. The kitchen was well appointed with nice pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. We were a short walk from the public ferry and found it easy to use to explore the towns around the lake. It was sooo quiet at the home! Need to know there are 97 steps down to the home but that’s par for the course while in the Como area. Also, we found the bed a bit hard and the tv very small which was disappointing given how cheap larger tvs are these days. But that wouldn’t dissuade us from renting the home again!

This was such a peaceful location in Nesso! It is the bottom portion of a house right above the lake . Absolutely gorgeous !We enjoyed the two decks and it was well supplied with all amenities needed. We drove a car here and explored Como and Bellagio along with taking a ferry from Bellagio to Varenna. All beautiful. We left a couple morning at 7:30 am and had no trouble finding parking in Como or Bellagio . We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend !!
