Perfect for up to 2 people, it's just a stone's throw from Montmartre, one of the capital's most emblematic districts. Stroll around the Sacré-Coeur, explore the narrow streets of the Abbesses, discover the lively Rue des Martyrs or the unique atmosphere of Place Pigalle.

The functional, welcoming accommodation comprises a sleeping area with double bed, a sitting area with sofa, and a bathroom. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay: coffee machine, oven, microwave, iron, hairdryer and washing machine.
With excellent public transport links, you can easily explore Paris and the surrounding area. The neighborhood is full of shops, cafés and restaurants. It's a popular place for Parisians and travelers alike.

The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.

The place itself has a lot of potential, but I was put off by seeing two small roaches during my stay: one in the bathroom sink and one on the refrigerator. This leads to me to believe it is not as sanitary as it needs to be. Secondly, the instructions to access the unit are a little confusing at first with the way it is presented. I first thought I had to access some lock box at the very first door, but it's actually next to the apartment itself. The very first door requires a code to be entered on the key pad to the left. There's no wifi, but there is a washing machine which came in very handy during the heatwave that was happening at the time. Also, considering there was a heatwave, the ventilation is not good at all. There's only two tiny windows you can open at the very top of the entrance wall, but there was a fan (thank goodness). Also, when I had an issue, the person I was supposed to get in contact with never replied to me, not even to say sorry I was busy or I apologize for not getting back to you. Nothing.
