This is a spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated space. It has everything you need and is steps from Elm Street. It was a relaxing stay. As other reviewers mentioned, there’s a little noise in the morning from the Oaks Eatery next door, but nothing late risers couldn’t sleep through. We’re early risers ourselves. By the way have breakfast at the Oaks Eatery. It’s amazing

Second year we started our west coast trip in 3 Oaks. Same as the year before we loved it. Hope to be back next year.

Was 80 degrees when we arrived. AC unit was out. Had to stress getting air that first evening as host said “can get someone there in morning”. Did finally install a window unit in one of the bedrooms. Updated that they would fix next day in afternoon. Didn’t happen. They never showed up and fixed. Left window unit in all day with door open and managed to cool it down some. False promises made for fixes. No adjustment or accommodations made. Just over promised and under delivered the fix. Should never ever over promise and under deliver. We made it work because we also travel with fans for white noise. But 80 degrees indoors in a week with heat advisories is unacceptable. Then the “oh well” approach is disheartening. For the price we paid for the 2 bedrooms; suggest renting adjoining rooms at the casino. They will make sure rooms are comfy.
