The apartment itself was really cozy. We’ve stayed here before. This time, though, it hadn’t been cleaned. We contacted the owner, and a few hours later the cleaning crew arrived. Checkout didn’t go very smoothly. The cleaning person arrived to pick up the keys an hour late, even though I had messaged and followed up several times. I was able to reach the owner very quickly, and he responded well. The apartment is nice and cozy and in a great location.
