Nice indipendent stone villa which have been recently restored. This property is situated in panoramic location on the hills surrounding the beautiful medieval town of Cortona which is only 10 km away. The villa offers comfortable interiors furnished in a rustic style and provide a private furnished outdoor area.
A secondary road connecting the small villages on the hills surrounding Cortona passes nearby.
The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.
Distances: Portole with a food shops and a restaurant 500 m away, Cortona with all kinds of shops 9 km, Lake Trasimeno approx. 20 km away, Città di Castello 30 km away. Arezzo 35 km away.
At guests’ disposal: private furnished outdoor area, private swimming-pool (10 x 5 m – maximum depth 2,45 m – open from 29/04 to 31/10), barbecue, playground for children. Parking within the grounds. The villa is provided with a laundry room and with air-conditioning.
Extra Services: baby bed available on request (free of charge). Maid service available by arrangement at € 18,- / per hour to be paid on the spot.

This villa provides air conditioning and a terraced garden with playground for children and private swimming-pool.
The following might be to be paid extra: Mid Week Cleaning, Pets, Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax, Utilities.

We had a wonderful time at the villa and enjoyed a nice private holiday in july.
We had the most generous hosts.
Whom we came to like very much.
They were so sweet and graceious about our wellbeing and even toke the time of their busy schedule to show us their olive grove and farm.

My family loved this charming house. We found it spotlessly clean, well maintained and very well equipped. The children particularly enjoyed the swing and the table football, and everybody loved the pool. Our welcome was warm and efficient and the home baking delicious. A lovely place for a holiday!

A perfect experience in the mountains. Breathtaking view, perfect accommodation, beautiful Tuscan house, spacious and well equipped, very suitable for families, car parking, lovely balcony, heating system, air conditioning in the rooms, stone fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (a paradise for people who love to cook), lovely pool.
Jacopo & Giada are charming and generous hosts and made our stay unforgettable.

Beautiful view Nice pool Clean Good rooms. There must be one more fridge for drinks. What is there is not big enough for food and drink for 6 people.
