This property was perfect for our group of 10 which included 6 adults and 4 teenagers. There was plenty of space to spread out and we enjoyed the pool, board games and pool table. The location was so close to the beach and the beach buggy made transporting all of our essentials easy. The realty company may want to stock more boogie boards - one was not in the best shape and couldn't be used. Also, the area around the pool needed cleaned up a bit. But overall, we had a wonderful stay! The location is so quiet, but close to the main strip. We also enjoyed short trips to Williamsburg, Hampton and Norfolk. Highly recommend Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, the Virginia Air and Space Science Center, and the nearby VA Aquarium. Lots of places to shop too! It was a wonderful week at Croatan Beach!

The property was very nice. It was fully equipped with with everything we needed. The pool, pool table and foos ball game were definitely a hit for our family vacation. The neighborhood was great and the location to the beach just a short walk. There were so many attractions and restaurants which also made the location of the house great. We even were able to ride the bicycles. The house does have 4 floors with a lot of stairs. There is an elevator which stopped working. The staff at Anchor Reality responded quickly to my message about the elevator and had a service man out the next day. I also received a call and message with the time to expect the service. Overall, we had a great experience and look foward to making another family vacation at this property.
