The vaulted living area features new furnishings, a rock fireplace, and a 42-inch Samsung LCD TV with Blu-ray DVD player, creating a comfortable place to unwind after a day on the slopes. Large picture windows in the living area and primary suite showcase beautiful ski area and mountain views, while the private deck provides another spot to enjoy the scenery. The gourmet kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, and the private outdoor hot tub is the perfect place to relax under the stars.

The property includes a heated one-car garage and driveway, with the convenience of being directly on Snowflake Run. In summer, trails just above the townhome wind through the surrounding wetlands and into the mountains.

Located about six blocks from downtown Breckenridge and two blocks from a bus stop, this home offers easy access to Main Street's restaurants, shops, and après-ski while maintaining a peaceful mountain setting. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.
