Great Ocean and Garden Views. This two bedroom unit offers king beds in both the upper and lower bedrooms which is great for couples vacationing together. The remodeled kitchen has an elongated larger kitchen area with very nice wood cabinets and granite tile counter top. Kitchen counter top provides food prep and serving area as well as dining table with four counter height bar stools, which makes the living room area much larger. Both bathrooms have been updated with nice cabinets. The upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower while the downstairs bath has a shower with a glass door. Living room area has all new furniture purchased in 2022 including two recliners, a couch that opens up to a queen sized bed to sleep additional guests, and a large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. Upstairs bedroom has Hawaiian rattan furniture and an additional flat screen TV. Lower bedroom has brand new furniture purchased in 2023. The kitchen is well stocked, beach towels are stored in the bathroom, and the lanai closet is full of beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards, and coolers. Enjoy beautiful ocean and sunset views from the lanai with bar height table and comfortable swivel chairs.

Overall we were impressed with everything about this condo. The location was great for beach access, not far to go to places to eat and shop and close enough to other places on that side of the island to go to. Although the bedrooms had cool A/C units in them, the main family room area did not which would have made this over all perfect. But all in all, it was a great place and a wonderful stay. Would recommend to others!

The property was fairly clean, butthe shower was not scrubbed clean and the stove top was not clean, The arbage disposal quit working and when running the diswasher, some of the water backed up into the sink and ran down very slowly. It took 2 days for this to be fixed. On the last day there, the toilet on the main floor didn't flush. I lifted the top of the tank and manually pulled the lever up to flush it. The lever had a broken chain and it had been attached with a rubber band that broke. Since it was Thanksgiving I could not report it as the office was closed. The upstairs bedroom ahd cobwebs hanging down from the ceiling fan over the bed and the bathtub was very dirty. The sliding screen on the patio was missing a roller and did not stay on track. At one point we teried to slide it and it came off track and fell on me. Housekeeping needs to do a better job. The outside grounds were immaculate. We ate most of our meals in our condo.

We just rented 3 condos for our group of 11 ladies celebrating 60th birthdays. This was our 2nd time renting and again was extremely pleased with our stay. These units come with everything from a fully stocked kitchen to beach towels, boogie boards, snorkeling equip etc. One of the units needed a good cleaning of the carpets but otherwise very clean. Everything was within walking distance and the views from the lanai were spectacular. We all would definitely return to this resort.
