Nestled in the serene woods, escape and discover the beauty of Franklin from this 3-bedroom lodge. DeerRidge Lodge offers a cozy retreat for nature lovers and peace seekers alike. We are pet friendly with a $100 pet fee upon booking. Each bedroom features a cozy queen bed and TV, perfect for a soothing night's sleep. With amenities like Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and hair dryers, guests can relax and unwind. The lodge also offers a living room with a comfy sofa bed for additional space. A fully stocked kitchen gives any cooking lover everything needed to prepare a meal or appetizers, prepare holiday dinners, even bake cookies or cupcakes.
The Lower Lounge is a cozy fun space to enjoy a card game, watch your favorite sports team or a movie with a large Smart TV. Adults and kids will have a blast in the game room located in the Lower Lounge. The game room is equipped with a basketball hoop, foosball, and board games. Enjoy the hot tub located on The Lower Lounge deck along with plenty of seating and corn hole game boards. The Lower Lounge offers plenty of space to unwind and enjoy. The best part, you don't have to go upstairs for a beverage or coffee. The Lower Lounge is equipped with a kitchenette, wet bar, and coffee station.

This is the best home we have stayed in when traveling, as the home, decor, and amenities all felt high end. Communication with the host was great. The location was very convenient to downtown Nashville and Franklin, but was quiet and felt like a real getaway. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

The place was clean & lovely. There was plenty of space for hubs, our 2 teens, & me to spread out and each have our own spaces.The teens even enjoyed the hot tub & foresty surroundings! The game room was a hit too!S'mores fixings ready to go was a lovely treat & the fire pit table was easy to use. I was impressed that there were oils & seasonings in the kitchen to use also. I always end up forgetting some little something to cook dinners, but it was there already and saved me another trip to the storeFor anyone with more adulty tastes, there was champagne provided & well appointed barwear along with a mixology book, which was pretty cool (we don't drink much, so didn't partake)The *only* downside was the road noise (the house is closer to a busy road than expected), but nothing to be done about that.

This was honestly an excellent place to stay and we would highly recommend it! It was beautifully decorated, very cozy, and so much thought had been put into making things easy and comfortable. It was also very clean and fresh. Many activities to do at the house to keep big kids or little kids busy. We enjoyed our stay so much and hopefully can stay longer in the future
