Built for family vacation retreats, guests will enjoy ten master suites, multiple lounge areas inside and out, 2 kitchens as well as a solar covered pool house.
This vacation property is ideal for groups who enjoy individual privacy but want to be together in the middle of Outer Banks Fun.

Everything about this place is designed to let large families have a great time together, and then retire to their own private rooms with ensuite bathroom. It's more like renting a whole hotel than just a beach house. Great pool, large private fenced yard for dogs and games. Totally worth every cent!

Overall interior was clean and somewhat maintained. * Large 4th floor master- shower curtain liner was moldy on the bottom, The light outside the closet door wasn’t working. The lamp on the night stand on the right side of the bed was ready to fall apart. (Right side facing the bed) * 3rd floor kitchen- one of this dishwashers wasn’t working properly. Found a glass with a chip on it. * 1st floor kitchen- stove did not work. * Outdoor grills were dirty & greasy. The tools were disgusting. This issue was resolved. * Pool area - could barely open any doors to get in or get air circulating in there so be able to use the pool. Dirt in pool, was told it probably blew in with the wind - but if doors won’t open how did dirt get in? Pool area generally dirty, spider webs everywhere, didn’t want to touch the seating. We wished the outside had been maintained as well as the inside. Not recommending to friend or anyone else because that is something I don’t do even if it had been the best place ever. Everyone needs to make their own decisions.
