This was a nice place but there was renovating going on in the apartment directly next to us. Hammering and sawing started every day between 8/9am making it impossible to relax. I suggest any future renters confirm with the manager there will be no similar renovations during their stay….that is if they answer you. I reached out to the manager asking if they would consider a partial reimbursement but got nothing but crickets.

The front ocean view was great. The apartment is not for handicap. Does not even have safety bars nor the required spacing to go within rooms in the apartment. Kitchen drawers, forks, spoons, knifes and other items in all drawers were not clean… we had problems with water heater. Braker kept turning off.
