Lots of space for our family, great play room for kids. Well stocked (though a little haphazard storage organization). Walking distance to a park and playground and restaurants. We had a great stay that served our exact purpose.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property for graduation weekend. It was great to have a comfortable place to come back to, and accommodated our family of 7. The house was as described, minus a couple of cosmetic things that were in progress (mostly painting), which didn’t affect our visit at all. Location was central to all the places we needed to be from UNCC to Uptown. Very close to all the restaurants Noda has to offer — kids loved the ice cream and churro shop, we loved Goodyear House. Host was VERY accommodating — worked with us on check in/out times, which helped us so much. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place near Noda that is perfect for families!

Travelled to CLT for a bachelorette trip. This house worked really well for our group of 9. Loved the neighborhood! Super close to the light rail and Noda (cute restaurants & shopping). Cons:- Wish there were more towels- Some areas of the house need some deep cleaning (stove and shower drains)- I never received a message about check in or check out and had to message the day of to get that info- Physical key for locking the doorAll in all, we would stay here again

This is a nice house overall and is in a good location in the NoDa district, however there is a lot to be desired regarding the care and cleaning. Toilets were not cleaned. There was dirt on the floor, and there was clutter in cabinets and under beds. Why am I being charged a cleaning fee when there is hardly any cleaning being done? That said, with the proper setup and maintenance, this could be a good rental property.
