Welcome to Unit 211, a bright and airy coastal condo nestled along the beautiful Emerald Coast of Destin, Florida. Featuring a charming coastal farmhouse feel, this updated retreat invites you to unwind in comfort and style, with hardwood flooring throughout and thoughtfully curated décor.
Step inside to discover shiplap accent walls, modern stainless steel appliances, and a spacious, relaxing layout designed for memorable beach getaways. The fully equipped kitchen includes both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig, ensuring the perfect start to every morning.
The living room is ideal for gathering and relaxation, offering a fabric sofa sleeper, a reclining chair, and a 58” TV with a DVD player. This unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with a rollaway bed available in the master bedroom closet for added flexibility. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and a 46” TV with a DVD player, along with a private master bathroom that includes a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and bunk beds, plus a ceiling fan, making it perfect for families. The guest bathroom also includes a tub/shower combination.
Enjoy breathtaking views from the private balcony, accessible from both the master suite and the living area. Sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise and soaking in the peaceful coastal atmosphere.
This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.

We enjoyed our stay, we will be back again. However if you do come for a week or so make sure to bring some tissue, garbage bags, and napkins. Disclaimer we are a big family, they do have the condo stocked with these items we just ran out quickly because we are a large family. Small families would probably be just fine. They had plenty of towels. They even had some beach toys for the kids to use. They have grocery carts located at parking for you to bring your groceries up to the room. I thought that was a super cool feature. The beach is right outside of the condo, pool is big and nice. Ac worked wonderfully. Bedding options for us were very comfortable and spacious. We also found we had an extra fold out cot, and the couch pulled out which was a bonus. They had plenty of extra pillows and blankets. You are right at all the amenities that you could want. Our booking also included two chairs and an umbrella which was awesome less for us to lug to the beach. Overall we felt our stay was amazing, we will be back!

Great location! Right by the pool plus you could see the ocean & hear the waves. Unit was clean & the property host was very communicative. We highly recommend it.

We recently stayed at Holiday Surf & Racquet Club and had a mostly enjoyable experience, but there are a few things future guests should be aware of.Pros:• Great location. It’s close to all the main attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore town.• Cleanliness. The condo and common areas were very clean and well-maintained.• Nice pool. The pool was a great place to cool off and was also very clean.• Beach chairs and umbrella included. Just keep in mind they aren’t reserved for your specific unit—it’s first come, first serve unless you pay extra to reserve a setup. Don’t waste time standing in line, just get your spot.Cons:• Very small bathrooms. The bathrooms were extremely tight, which made them feel cramped, especially for families.• No washer and dryer in the unit.• Delayed check-in. While check-in is listed as 4 PM, it seems normal for units not to be ready until closer to 5 PM.• Maintenance in the unit during our stay. We came back one day to find maintenance workers inside our condo. They didn’t introduce themselves or apologize—just sat silently while we tried to navigate being in the space we paid a premium to enjoy. Not exactly relaxing or private.• “Updated” listing is a bit misleading. The updates seem cosmetic, as the bathroom still felt old and a bit outdated.We might consider staying here again because of the convenient location and general cleanliness, but the maintenance situation will make us look at other locations nearby.
