“Nick and Sara were great! The place smelled great, the beds were cozy, the linens felt and smelled very clean and everything was just well thought out. They checked in with us multiple times to make sure we were satisfied with the place. If we’re back in that area sometime soon we’ll definitely book with them again!” - Travis
“Very nice, beautiful, clean and accommodating for us. This was a quickly planned family trip to celebrate the holiday along with a birthday party. We all had a great time and truly enjoyed the home—it felt like a home away from home!”- Diana

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nick and Sara’s place! The location was perfect for our family. It was close to several of the most beautiful beaches and just a short drive to all the attractions in Tampa, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The home was impeccably clean and, without a doubt, one of the most organized places we’ve ever stayed. Every detail had been thoughtfully planned. I honestly wish I could borrow their organizer to come help with my own house! The beds were very comfortable, and the blackout shades were great. They helped keep the bedrooms cool for sleeping. We didn’t have any issues to be addressed, but the host was super fast to respond to questions. The swim spa and the game room were also a highlight of our stay. The spa was spotless, relaxing, and a huge hit, even mid day in July! The epoxy coating on the game room (garage) floor was very nice and I want that at my house too. Our kids enjoyed learning to play pool and it was a comfortable temperature day and night to use the game room.Nick and Sara have created a beautiful, welcoming home, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, exceptionally clean, and well-located place to stay!

Nick was the most accommodating host and communicated quickly with any questions we had. We stayed a month and had our cat in tow. She loved exploring the fenced- in back yard and we were relieved not to board her for a month back home! We chose this property for location since it’s close to great beaches and the Clearwater Sailing Club. Also a stone’s throw to any shopping needs. We enjoyed the Spa Pool as well, it was very well maintained and a great way to end a beach day. We definitely would recommend this property to anyone who travels with a pet or is looking for easy access to all the area has to offer!

The swim spa is amazing! The backyard was wonderful to hang out in both during the day and at night. The house was in a nice quiet development and had everything we needed. It was comfortable, clean and a fantastic place to stay while in Clearwater.
