A spacious and clean place that served our crew of four adults and four children quite well. Beautiful view of the ocean, with easy boardwalk access. The pool was nice, but a little crowded because of the holiday weekend. I would have liked to have been within walking distance to restaurants, but the full kitchen allowed for cooking meals. The host was very communicative. I would definitely stay here again.

The overall condo was nice and met the needs of my family. Unfortunately, we had to two issues1. the refrigerator had serval broken parts(door shelves) and glass shelves could no hold the pull out drawer. based off the state of the refrigerator this was not new issue as the door shelves were stacked on top when we arrived. 2. As we were checking out, there was a significant oil spill in the parking lot, which one of our party slipped and fell. As a family who has rented from Brooks and Shorey for many years, this was our first experience with these types of issues.

The view was wonderful. The furniture in the living area was very dirty and uncomfortable to sit on.
