Welcome to unit 209, located in the Crystal Beach area along Scenic Highway 98 in Destin. This one bedroom, one bath condo is located on the second floor of Grand Caribbean East and boasts enchanting views of the Gulf of Mexico and the community pool deck! Sit outside and watch the sunny blue skies fade into a beautiful combination of purple, orange and pink as the sun sets over the water.
The roomy and bright bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV with access to the bathroom. The bathroom also can be accessed from the hall where there are built in bunks, perfect for kids. The open living area has a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, small dining area and double door access to the balcony that has beach views and overlooks the pool. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counter tops and a breakfast bar for additional seating.
Grand Caribbean East has an onsite pool, hot tub, community grill with picnic tables and onsite parking. It doesn't get much better than this!

Nice property across from the beach. Well maintained with community pool. We enjoyed our stay.

This was our first time visiting Florida, and we had an amazing experience! Everything was so close to where we stayed, and the beach was right across the street, which made it incredibly convenient. We had so much fun and truly enjoyed every moment of our trip. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful experience at this location and property. Great view, great accommodations, excellent value. Exceptional response and communication from property owners/staff throughout our stay. Loved it, exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again. Clean and great lay out of property. Bring Beach Towels though... Amazing experience for our stay/trip,,

The unit was nice. We believe the management company was unorganized. They threaten to fine you if the discount card in the unit is missing when you leave. Our unit did not have a discount card upon arrival, had to call about that. They threaten a fine if you do not have your dishes washing in the dishwasher when leaving. We could not get our dishwasher to work, had to call about that. They charge $170 cleaning fee to clean up after you leave, even though you take out the trash and get dishes in dishwasher. However, it would have been even better if they would have cleaned the unit prior to our arrival. Dust on surfaces, hair in tub, sink and bathroom floor. Hairs laying around make us very unhappy. We cleaned it up, as we had to. We may recommend this unit as it was modern and a nice location. If renting this unit we would advise to confirm with management that it gets cleaned prior to arrival and that they keep up their end of the bargain. They delivered the discount tag, but it was too late for us to use it, as we had a short stay.
