The Space:
Idyllically placed near the 12th hole of the spectacular Moab Golf Course, these modern two-and three-bedroom southwestern style condominiums are tastefully furnished and accessorized. A seasonal outdoor swimming pool, golf, hiking, and biking are just outside your door. Enjoy stunning views of the golf course, red rocks, and the La Sal Mountains from your private patio.
Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.
No pets are allowed in this unit. If you’d like to bring a pet with you, please inquire about Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals' wide variety of pet-friendly options.
Kokopelli's has access to a seasonal shared pool. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access the swimming pool.
Guest Access:
All our units utilize self check-in procedures. You will receive a welcome kit with instructions for locating your unit and gaining entrance. All our units have either lockboxes by the front door or digital locks on the doors.
The Neighborhood:
Moab is your gateway to adventure. Our famous national parks, Arches and Canyonlands, are just a short drive away. Hiking, Biking, Rafting, and Off-roading are all accessible from Moab.
Getting Around:
You will want a car to get you to all our wonderful outdoor activities. We have properties located right in downtown that are walking distance to our stores and restaurants. We also have properties located just minutes from downtown that will give you closer access to the golf course, trails, etc.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.
Interaction with Guests:
You can call us anytime with questions. We're just minutes away, but we won't bother you unless you need us.

This was a clean property with an easy checkin process. Well equipped for 6 people even if a little cramped in the living space.Grocery store pretty close by, straight forward drive to Arches or Canyonlands.Pool was great for the midday heat when hiking was a no go.Checkout was a little confusing as we kept getting messages to do so, but this could be because we left a day early not related to the property but due to events in southern Utah dusting our visit.In summary I would stay here again even with six people.

Nice house in good location. WiFi almost unusable due to slow speeds. Kitchen semi stocked, lacking lots of basics (salt, pepper). Nice washer/dryer (no laundry detergent).

This was an amazing stay. We stayed short but Tom from property management was really helpful even after hours. It was clean, cozy and perfectly located. Would definitely stay again.
