This large apartment of 85m² in souplex (room under the living room) is ideally located in the historic heart of Dijon.
You will be conquered and charmed by its contemporary and warm but also authentic style with the Burgundy stone cellar in which is located the very spacious and undeniably quiet room!
On the ground floor:
* The living room of 25m² is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people, 2 leather armchairs, a flat screen with 150 channels available, a HIFI / radio / CD and a DVD player.
* The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped: fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hood; microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchen.
* The bathroom is equipped with a shower of 70 x 90 cm, a sink and toilet.
At Souplex:
* A tasting space in exposed stones under vault.
* The very spacious room of 31m² with a large bed (160 x 200 cm), a relaxation area with 2 armchairs and a coffee table and a TV.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
At your disposal: hair dryer, iron and ironing board, internet access.

We enjoyed our stay here; the bedroom in the wine cellar was so unique. Right in the centre of town; easy stroll for restaurants, shops and sightseeing. Self check in was super easy and communication with owner was perfect.

Florence's flat was everything we'd hoped it would be. We had a wonderful visit. (Just make sure you pay attention to her warning that the stairs down to the bedroom are steep. They are indeed steep.)

Fantastic location just next to the pedestrian zone. The apartment was clean, kitchen was well equipped, and living area was large and comfortable. Florence was great staying in contact throughout our visit. The cellar bedroom was really unique and bed very comfortable. Can’t wait to return!

We loved the place especially the layout upstairs and the cool bedroom in the wine cellar. It was a great location, walkable to markets, shops and all the main attractions of this beautiful city. This is an ideal place for two couples to have a get away. There is a nice bed in the cellar area as well as a sofa bed upstairs. We enjoyed this spot very much!
