Located in the East Village on the Copper Creek Golf Course, this townhome offers beautiful views of the Ten Mile Range. It is a short walk to the Super Bee high-speed 6-person chairlift, which takes you 2,000 vertical feet up to the top of the mountain. Be skiing or riding Colorado powder in minutes!
The main ground level features a living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the views from the back deck! There is also a full bath on the main level. The guest bedroom, with a queen bed, is located on the main level. The third bedroom, also on the main level, has a set of bunk beds with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on the top.
The second level has the master bedroom with a king bed and an en suite bathroom. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the bathroom.
There is a one-car detached garage and one spot DIRECTLY behind garage door. There is no exception even while unloading vehicles. Overflow parking is available in the North Alpine Parking Lot for a fee in winter; summer parking is free.
The Super Bee chairlift accesses intermediate and advanced terrain. To access West Village and beginner terrain, take advantage of the free "Copper Coach" shuttle service. The Copper Coach will pick you up from the townhome and take you anywhere in Copper Mountain, just give them a call. Another option is to walk to the bus stop in front of Copper Station, a 5-minute walk. The bus comes by every 5-10 minutes during the ski season and will take you to either Center or West Village.
Pet Friendly with an additional pet fee of $100 per dog, max 2.
Early Season Information: The Super Bee chairlift is used for Olympic training in November and early December. Public access to this lift is dependent on snow conditions, which can vary early in the season. Typically, public access begins around Thanksgiving, but it could be as late as the third week of December. Snow conditions and information about which lifts are currently open can be found by visiting the Copper Mountain website.

What a great location! We spent most of our time on the back porch enjoying the views and watching wildlife. We even got to see two moose take a dip in the pond! The house is well stocked. Everything in good working order. We actually extended our stay by a few days because we didn’t want to leave! Will def be back. This place is hard to beat!

Great location … BUT we had a few issues during our family Christmas stay. It began with the garage door lockbox not working upon our arrival. Roof had a severe leak and damaged the wall by fireplace. Leak was fixed on Christmas Day by the HOA. The outdoor grill didn’t have propane that we had planed to cook on and ended up using the oven for a large tenderloin. Kitchen also had a few minor issue that we reported. The upstairs bathroom vent didn’t work and the washing machine drum reeked so bad of mold we didn’t use it. Management company were very nice and addressed issues we brought to their attention during our stay. Town home is starting to show its age as a rental. It does have a great view and was in a great location if you’re wanting to ski.
