PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.
The Parrish Collection is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals on Kauai and Maui. Our collections of rentals are professionally managed by in-house staff with a commitment to personalized service, fine attention to detail and a true sense of Aloha. Booking the stay, communication, cleanliness, location, and all the extra things inside the rental made it a perfect experience. Having a pool was nice but having a closet full of extra blankets and beach items was above and beyond. Highly recommend for those who are looking for a place with everything.

Loved the two story open architecture and the beautiful garden setting/grounds. Very open floorplan gave you feeling of expansiveness.

Positives: Good communication, clean, roomy, great location! Also easy parking, pool nearby. Great beach chairs were in closet to use. Kitchen well stocked.Not so great: outdated, queen bed was too high off the ground, twin beds had very soft mattresses, very dark in primary bedroom, used the fan stored in the closet and it blew dust all over bedroom, only 4 bath towels were provided.
