This home is all about its exceptional location. This condo (Unit 2D) is in the heart of Durango's tourist district. Walk to all downtown area restaurants, shops and entertainment. Six restaurants alone on the building's block. Immediately next to East by Southwest restaurant, one of Durango's finest and most acclaimed dining establishments. One block from Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and Durango's downtown movie theater. Next to the Animas City Theater. Amaya spa directly across the street.

Fantastic family trip in Durango! This property is perfectly located downtown near all the Main St. attractions and restaurants. The condo itself is comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Our family of 5 enjoyed our vacation and can’t wait to come back!

Two actors participating in the Durango PlayFest theatre festival shared the condo. They loved everything about it -- especially being walking distance to downtown. Beautiful furnishings and comfortable bedrooms. Excellent kitchen.

We traveled to Durango as a family of six. We have stayed in the Mears house before although a different unit. The space was as advertised. It was very clean and stocked appropriately. There was a little confusion with parking (instructions say to park in guest parking, which was often full, but the unit itself has two assigned parking spots which it seemed we were not allowed to park in based on instructions stating to park in “guest parking.“), but we cleared that up by calling the number provided and we were told we could park in one of the assigned unit’s spots. The location is fantastic and we really appreciate the secured parking. The only drawback to this particular unit is the main bedroom is next to the alleyway. Sometimes in the middle of the night, there were loud noises for trash pick up or people riding bikes or skateboards down the alley. This was only a minor inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. If you are a light sleeper, maybe just have white noise in the background at night.

Parking and location were great! Condo was okay. Advertised as “luxury” however we found too many maintenance issues that have been overlooked for a very large ng time. I.e., the sink faucet was worn out and broken, repairman came out an tightened it, as he walked out the door it broke against n. It was just worn out. Air conditioning works poorly and the bathroom fans need to be cleaned badly. Much more but got tired of dealing with it and just finished our week long stay and will never book again.
