We are local to Phoenix and the surrounding area. We were both born and raised here in Arizona.
Our family business is Cadaci Vacation Rentals. We partner with a third party high technology app called DACK to enhance our guest experience.
We are probably a lot like your family. We love to get together to cook and eat, hang out and swim, hike, and travel. We love to take our dogs with us whenever possible whether it’s for a hike or a vacation.

We live in the area but were having work done at our house so we needed a place to stay. This home was perfect for our family of 4 and had more than enough space (we had 1 bedroom we didn't even use). The backyard was great, with a gated pool and plenty of space for our dog. The interior had everything we needed, including 2 separate living rooms, each with a tv. The owners were very easy to communicate. We enjoyed our stay so much, we even extended a few days when the work on our house wasn't complete. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Very spacious area for a large family to relax. Plenty of kitchen utensils/bowls/cups etc. to cook there. Pool was very clean and the kids enjoyed it. The hosts contacted me early and checked in once we were settled in. Most areas were clean, and while I understand this is a pet-friendly home, you can tell the cleaners get only the walk through areas. Pet hair and dust still accumulated on baseboards, under the couch and under some bedside tables. I did contact them concerning the barbecue over Memorial Day weekend. I had my father try to get it to ignite as well with no luck. They told me the battery for the igniter might be out but neither of us could find it either. I gave up and made other arrangements for dinner. As far as door locks, the deadbolt works perfectly fine. However, having a young toddler who can definitely unlock deadbolts gave me anxiety. I would just make the recommendation to install door chains for a peace of mind for parents. Overall the stay was great, it's in a great area, quiet neighborhood, plenty of space.

The best all around stay I had had! This is my second time staying here and it won’t be the last. Communication is excellent, the pool is perfect, and my dogs loved the backyard! Definitely worth the price!!
