I would book again BUT there are a few things to know that could be game changers with your booking…Negatives1. There’s no grill2. No table (kitchen table, outdoor table for dining etc)3. No dressers in your rooms so you will be living out of the suitcase 4. No kitchen amenities such as seasonings, blender, air fryer, crockpot etc.5. We didn’t have WiFi for our entire stay. No tvs worked and we tried so many times to get ahold of someone to help with this and there was no response. We have 5 kids 10 and under so this made things difficultPositives:1. Close walk to the beach.2. Pool is close but tiny if that matters to you3. House is cute, small, clean…( not enough towels or blankets so pack those)All the bad being said, I did enjoy my vacation! You would need to be pretty easy going as things aren’t going to be perfect but I was grateful to just be there. The neighborhood is nice, I would just maybe choose a different home next time that hopefully had better communication!

We had a great time- the beach was close and so was the pool and plenty of room for the 6 of us.

House was nice, relatively clean. Found a few minor issues, but no big deal. The washer and dryer weren’t working during our stay, but the owners did give us a discounted rate. Great location, right across the street from the beach. Close to the boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach and Family Kingdom. Plenty of room in the house for 6 adults and a toddler. The whole family said they’d stay here again.

Online it's saying that eight people can sleep there, but actually six people only can sleep comfortably. No living/ dining room, no table to eat at, we all had to stand and eat because they don't have table for dining. The dryer did not dry and we had to dry our clothes/ towels outside. Manager communication was not good, did not respond to any of my calls or texts. the location is good.
