Boat and trailer parking is not permitted within the complex and will be towed if in violation. Parking in another unit’s assigned space or in front of the garage is a direct violation of Beach Haven’s House Rules and Fire Lane requirements. Vehicles found in violation of the parking policy will be towed at the owner’s expense.

great space, clean and decorated cute. good location, easy to get to the beach. pool was nice. check in/out was super easy. stores and amenities nearby. kitchen was well supplied; we cooked all our meals at the house. was perfect for our family, including kiddos from 6 to 17, grandparents and a dog.
only minor complaint was that there were not enough linens, both towels and blankets. party of 10 for 3 nights and only 1 towel per person so we spent a lot of time washing towels for showers. The bedspreads were very thin, didn't feel like real blankets.
overall great experience and would definitely rent this house again!

The house was set up very nicely with lots of seating in the living room and dining. The house was clean and ready on time. Great location for food options with close vicinity to the beach.
