You will love this elegantly renovated and spacious three bedroom, three bathroom villa. There are new wood floors, a fully updated kitchen, and new furnishings. This lovely property is located on the ground level - just park and walk up a few steps to the front door!

The floor plan offers an open entrance foyer, a sunny dining area with french doors to a screened in porch, and a spacious family room with a brand new comfy sectional queen sleeper sofa and a 55" HDTV. Our gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. The master bedroom is designed with a king bed and an updated private master bath featuring an oversized shower and roman bathtub. A second guest bedroom features a king bed, an HDTV and access to a private full bath. Our third guest bedroom offers queen bed, and a custom built-in entertainment center with an HDTV. A third bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.

The Tivoli neighborhood has a few visitor spots however they are first come, first serve. Only one spot is guaranteed. The resort does not offer overflow parking. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
