This coveted 3-bedroom, 3-bath corner villa (Unit H4) is truly special. With 1,725 square feet of living space, windows on three sides, and a serene, private location, you'll feel relaxed the moment you arrive. Step onto the shaded lanai to enjoy tranquil golf course views, or walk across the street to the resort-style pool and BBQ grill area.
Inside, high ceilings and light-filled rooms are adorned with elegant koa wood furnishings and a curated collection of original Hawaiian art—so striking, it feels like a private gallery. The fully stocked kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, perfect for preparing meals with local ingredients and enjoying them in the island breeze through wide sliding doors.
At day's end, retreat to one of three private bedrooms, each with its own bath. The primary suite occupies the upper floor and includes a king bed, en-suite with soaking tub and walk-in shower, a loft office space, and its own lanai. Also upstairs, the second bedroom features a queen bed and private bath. Downstairs, a third bedroom offers another queen bed and a separate full bath.

Waikoloa Beach Resort
Waikoloa Beach Resort located about 19 miles north of Keahole-Kona Airport. This village surrounded in Lava provides visitors with a variety of activities, and known as one of Hawaii's most dazzling oceanfront resorts and for good reason, it's just a short walk from the pristine turquoise waters of Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay), where you'll spot turtles sunning on the lava rocks that jut from the white sand. As part of Waikoloa Resort, your stay includes access to the Waikoloa Beach Resort on-site restaurants, shopping and, of course, championship golf (memberships can be purchased from the courses themselves). Stroll the Kings Shops or the Queens' Marketplace, or discover Hawaiian history at the petroglyphs, accessed via a walking trail at Waikoloa.
Waikoloa is centrally located on the island making it easy to travel and explore the north, south and east side of the island.
Beach Villa complex
Waikoloa Beach Villas is a gated community with elegant 2 or 3 bedroom townhomes features 2 swimming pools and spas, a common grill area and a private gym, conveniently across from the Queens' Marketplace and next to King shops for shopping, restaurant and a movie theater. Close to 'Anaeho'omalu Bay for snorkeling and other water activities.

To ensure a seamless holiday experience, we have the following booking requirements for Christmas and New Year's stays:
- If booking over both Christmas and New Year's, a 10 night stay is required.
- If not staying for both holidays, check-in and check-out must fall between December 26–29.
