Overall, very nice location and a good house. We enjoyed our stay. A few comments on what could be better:Appliances need a little attention and the window blinds throughout the house required different forms of operation. Not a big deal but a little annoying.

This home was very outdated, pictures didn’t quite show that. It’s beside a river called Alligator River, very disgusting. Had to walk around it to get to the beach. The upstairs bathrooms had mold in them and on the shower ceiling. Furniture inside was a hodge podge of stuff thrown together. The pool deck chairs were so rough you could barely set in them. The sand dunes blocked most of the “ocean view”. Just sharing a few of my disappointments for others to know.
