Welcome to Reel Simple, your charming lakeside getaway on beautiful Conesus Lake. This immaculate three-bedroom, two-bath cottage offers a perfect mix of rustic warmth and modern comfort, making it ideal for families, friends, or anyone looking to unwind in style.

Inside, you'll find double-planked hardwood floors and tasteful décor that reflect a cozy, “Pottery Barn” inspired style. The living room centers around a stunning stone gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings with loved ones or quiet nights with a good book. A flat-screen TV adds modern entertainment, while the open floor plan connects the living area seamlessly to the kitchen and dining space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, including a new refrigerator and freezer, and features updated countertops and sink. Whether cooking a quick meal or preparing a feast, you'll find everything you need here. The adjacent formal dining room and sunroom provide a bright, inviting spot to enjoy meals while gazing out at the lake.

All three bedrooms are on the second floor, each uniquely decorated with modern touches. The master bedroom offers a double bed and private bathroom, while the two other bedrooms provide two twin beds in one room and a full over full bunk bed in the other — perfect for families or groups traveling together. A shared bathroom on this level completes the sleeping area.

Outside, enjoy stunning views from the large patio surrounded by beautiful flower beds. The gently sloping lawn leads to the private lakefront, where the home's natural shoreline offers an authentic Finger Lakes experience. Due to the property's location and natural setting, access to the water is through shoreline vegetation, so guests should use care when entering and exiting the lake. Spend sunny afternoons relaxing by the water as ducks glide past. It's a peaceful place to slow down, soak up the scenery, and enjoy the laid-back rhythm of lake life.

Reel Simple sits at the very south end of Conesus Lake, offering breathtaking views stretching all the way up the lake, a rare treat for visitors. Nearby, you'll find hiking trails, wineries, golf courses, and all the classic Finger Lakes activities.

Additional amenities include parking for three vehicles, a washer and dryer on the main floor, and easy access to the lake with just a few steps down. The property is smoke-free and does not allow pets. Air conditioning is not available, but the cool lake breeze keeps things comfortable.
