This is a great place to stay! We picked it as it had dog-friendly options and was close to family we were visiting, stores, as well as many beaches. Shelley was amazing with communication leading up to the stay and while we were there. This place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and absolutely beautiful! We got lucky and were able to stay in the Captain's Suite. This was pretty much a house into itself! Full-size appliances, the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need, and the living room and bedrooms were completely comfortable. The place offered many services and recommendations for our stay. We had a full itinerary already, so did not use these, but they would be great for someone looking for some luxury or guidance of the area. The dining room and patio were set up beautifully and are a great place to eat and relax. The place was a perfect mix of modern comfort and Victorian charm.

We loved our stay at this Inn. I rented the Captains Suite for a girls getaway and it was absolutely perfect. There were enough beds for us to each have our own. The suite was spacious and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The breakfasts each morning were very good. We enjoyed talking with Kelly and she gave us very good ideas on stuff to do. We loved our stay and look forward to booking again soon.

The Captain's Corners Suite is more like a very nice large maritime themed apartment than a traditional B&B suite. It was very comfortable. The beds were particularly comfortable and the suite was very clean. Since I still get up at 4AM, even on vacation, I could let the wife sleep in while I would retire to one of the other rooms to read or watch TV and to plan the day's activities. Ideally located, the Victorian Inn is an easy drive to any number of attractions and restaurants. The nearby Liberty Air Museum is one of my favorites. The ferries to the islands are close as is the Marblehead Lighthouse built in 1821. The weekend breakfasts were good, the stay was extremely relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The hosts were great and the Victorian Inn has a "feels like home" aire about it. The only downside was that our stay was too short.
