The listing on space and amenities was accurate and communication was smooth and helpful. Also appreciate space for 3 cars. Opportunities include more cleanliness. There was trash left in the garage and kitchen, under beds and in closets (a bag of empty beer cans was in a grocery bag in closet). The comforters on the beds were dirty so glad we brought our own blankets. The pull out couch in the living room is very uncomfortable and in poor condition and should be replaced. It should not be listed as a sleeping option. The kitchen is rather light on cooking stuff.

Conveniently located near the convention center. Spacious, clean, and exactly as listed. Would definitely stay there again when in the area.

We stayed in March for a cheer competition at the convention center. This house is super centralized to restaurants, beach/boardwalk, convention. Barely needed to use the car. Very cute house. We would definitely stay again!!
