Incredible location in the Historic District of Annapolis. Walking distance to the Naval Academy, St. Johns College, and Annapolis waterfront. This 100+ year old charming row house offers a scenic front porch and beautiful backyard English garden w/brick patio where you enjoy the sounds of the extraordinary USNA Chapel. The home has 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 full/1 half baths, living room, separate dining room, and kitchen.
This home is open year round with a two night minimum stay.

This house was exactly what we were looking for. Everything in Annapolis was within walking distance. Enough beds for our family. Very comfortable beds and sheets. A beautiful garden in the backyard. A short walk to the front gates of the USNA, where we had activities planned. A full kitchen with pots and dishware for our whole family. A very easy check in and check out process. A very responsive host - we really appreciated everything and the quick responses. For a home that is over 100 years old, everything is great and works perfectly. Theres plenty of historic landmarks and places to eat all within walking distance. We really enjoyed NOT being in the craziness of historic downtown, but staying within walking distance of it all. Best of both worlds. We got to watch several FIFA games with the locals in the bars, but then retreated to a quiet comfortable home afterwards. We will be back here again. Thank you for all the help and advice.
