1st floor walk-up condo beautifully decorated with coastal accents and an adorable patio set to enjoy while outside on the private patio. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout & fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, and stainless-steel appliances. The decor is chic and contemporary, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
The Sea Cabins pool will be closed for resurfacing from 10/11 through 10/26.

For the most part we had a good vacation. The floors and kitchen were clean. The bathrooms should’ve been cleaned better before they told us we could get into the condo. The furniture was pretty nice except for the one chair in the living area. It was faux leather and was peeling on the arms and seat. Hopefully they can replace it soon. Water pressure for the shower wasn’t very good but you never know at a beach property how it will be. We had a king bed which was very comfortable!! The location was great for going to Charleston, Sullivans Island or Mount Pleasant. Access to the beach was great! The ladies at the Island Realty were so nice and helpful!

Lovely four days at the beach! This unit is located in a large, busy rental complex with good beach access, a pool that keeps the kids happy, and busy parking lot. The porch overlooks the parking lot, looking toward the ocean, and gets a lovely sea breeze. The jnit is clean, comfortable and functional. It is an easy drive into Charleston and to John's Island, where there are lots of great restaurants and sites to visit.

Although we would happily use Island Realty again, we would not book this unit. The unit is in need of many repairs and furniture replacements. At the time of our booking, the sleeper sofa was advertised as new but it had multiple stains, was very worn and had a stained slipcover over it which had to be removed in order to use the sleeper sofa. The bar stools are not the correct height for the counter so you are sitting at table level. We learned that the bunk beds can't technically be advertised as they are not up to code, so no ladder is provided to access the top bunk which is impossible for kids under 10 to get into by themselves (linens are also not provided for these bunks) . The front door is lacking weather stripping and there are large gaps allowing you to see outside. The bathroom is also in need of a fresh coat of paint to cover staining and bumps and the floor planks appear to be not professionally installed as there are many cracks and gaps.
