This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home was comfortable for our family of 5. Bedrooms were comfortable and had plenty of organizers for clothing. The kitchen had new appliances and was equipped adequately with most items needed to prepare a family dinner. The property is a very short walk to Kingsbury beach which is beautiful and not a lot of people on it. When we had questions or issues with the property, the Del Mar Vacation management was very responsive and ultimately our issues were resolved in a timely manner. Eastham is a great place for families. there are lots of things to do for children nearby and it is convenient to other quaint Cape Cod towns.

Close proximity to our event and room for all of us to stay. Lots of great linens decent beds plenty of heat and hot water. The outside fire pit looked fantastic. We just didn’t utilize it.

We had an amazing stay! Location is PERFECTION if you are like my family and don’t like to get in the car everyday to go to the beach. Easy walk to Wiley Park and Kingsbury Beach. We really enjoyed the fire pit area and the home was spacious for my group to sleep comfortably and relax.

This was an enjoyable vacation for us, and the house was well fitted with amenities as listed. Quick reactions by the property manager when there was a challenge (light bulb out) and the toaster was freaky but overall it was nice.
