À propos de cette location de vacances
A modern, detached house in the historic center of Riposto, located in a quiet area, 800 m from the “Marina di Riposto” marina, near Fondachello Beach and tourist destinations such as Taormina, Giardini Naxos, and Acireale.
As seen in the photos, the interiors feature meticulous attention to detail in both the furnishings and lighting, making them suitable for families (see the children’s room) as well as for individual guests or groups seeking a spacious and elegant home. Parking space included.
The two-story house, in addition to the terrace and garden, consists of, on the first floor, an entryway and living room overlooking the owners’ Italian-style garden, a kitchen with an oven, a veranda used as a dining area, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with bunk beds—a living room/third bedroom with a sofa bed and a recliner bed, and another bathroom with a shower. An internal staircase leads to the spacious terrace overlooking the street and the villa.
